Share your ideas at the CIS–EARCOS Institute!
We invite you to submit a session proposal to spark dialogue on international admissions and guidance as it relates to schools and students in Asia. This is your chance to contribute to conversations shaping international admissions and student guidance in the region.
Why present?
Your experience matters. Whether you work directly with students, support counsellors, or contribute to international university admissions strategy, you have insights that others want to learn from. Presenting at the CIS-EARCOS Institute is a great opportunity to:
- Share practical ideas that help schools and universities navigate admissions trends in Asia
- Showcase your expertise to a highly engaged, region‑focused professional community
- Spark meaningful dialogue on the issues and opportunities shaping higher education pathways
- Collaborate with peers who care about student mobility, counselling, and admissions
Session formats
Choose a format to suit your presentation style:
Interactive workshop (60 mins)— Maximum two facilitators. 60 minutes. Sessions should include significant audience participation, including dividing the audience into small discussion groups/working groups.
Panel presentation (60 mins)— Maximum four presenters. 60 minutes. Beyond the presentation, ample time should be provided for dialogue, Q&A, or other forms of interactivity.
Rapid Round presentation (15 mins)— Maximum one presenter. 15 minutes. Maximum 15 slides. The presenter succinctly highlights a topic to stimulate the curiosity of the audience. Rapid round presentations will run consecutively during the session block they have been assigned.
