EARCOS will provide reimbursement for a consultant's airfare, honorarium for two days, and per diem for two days' lodging, meals, and incidentals, up to $3,500, to schools wishing to host an in-person EARCOS Professional Learning weekend. A maximum of $2,500 will be provided to schools hosting virtual workshops.

Any EARCOS school interested in applying for a grant should complete the online form. Please ensure that all the details (date, title of workshop, etc.) are set before completing the online form.

Applications for the AY 2026–2027 Grant are now officially open.
